What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years in partnerships, founder/operator, growth, or technical GTM roles
- Deep understanding of startup ecosystem and AI/ML technology landscape
- Relationships with VCs or accelerator partnership experience
- Ability to build programs from zero to one
- Proven execution of complex cross-functional go-to-market programs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with fast-paced environments and ambiguity
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
- Founded a company or led product at high-growth startup
- Direct experience with top-tier venture firms like Y Combinator or a16z
- Technical background with coding experience or AI/ML familiarity
- Developer advocate or developer relations experience
- Familiarity with large language models and generative AI applications
