This role manages the contracting operations backbone for Anthropic's compute and infrastructure buildout, overseeing a high volume of datacenter, hardware, and construction agreements. It suits someone with legal operations or procurement experience who can design scalable processes, administer contract lifecycle management systems, and partner across technical teams to move agreements from intake to signature efficiently.

Required
- Experience in fast-paced technology startup environment
- Ability to manage complex contractual matters and competing deadlines
- Contract fluency to triage requests and track obligations
- Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management or legal operations tooling
- Comfort using AI and LLM tools for contracting work
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Nice to have
- 10+ years in contract management, legal operations, or procurement operations
- Hands-on experience implementing or administering a CLM platform
- Experience supporting infrastructure, datacenter, hardware, construction, or telecom/network procurement
- Familiarity with datacenter, colocation, lease, hardware, construction, and O&M contract structures
- Experience with Ironclad CLM platform and reporting implementation
- Proven collaboration across organizational levels
