Required
- Experience in fast-paced technology startup environment
- Ability to manage complex contractual matters and competing deadlines
- Contract fluency to triage requests and track obligations
- Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management or legal operations tooling
- Comfort using AI and LLM tools for contracting work
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Nice to have
- 10+ years in contract management, legal operations, or procurement operations
- Hands-on experience implementing or administering a CLM platform
- Experience supporting infrastructure, datacenter, hardware, construction, or telecom/network procurement
- Familiarity with datacenter, colocation, lease, hardware, construction, and O&M contract structures
- Experience with Ironclad CLM platform and reporting implementation
- Proven collaboration across organizational levels
