- Lead and direct 15 maintenance technicians
- 5 years experience as maintenance lead or supervisor with direct reports
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- Diagnose and direct repairs of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC systems
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance program
- Promote safety culture
- Measure and reduce machine downtime
- Knowledge of SQF Quality Management and GMP practices
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic PLC experience
