- 12+ years progressive revenue accounting or controllership experience
- 10+ years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Deep understanding of ASC 606 and technical revenue guidance
- Experience managing credit and collections teams
- Proven track record leading revenue accounting and operations in a public SaaS or enterprise software company
- Experience with ERP systems and revenue recognition engines
- Ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams
- Cross-functional influence and stakeholder management
Nice to have
- CPA or equivalent certification
- Public accounting background at Manager or Senior Manager level
- Experience with AI and GenAI-enabled process transformation
