What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Contracts Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of subcontracts or contracts administration in U.S. government contracting
- Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CPSR, DCMA, and DCAA
- Experience drafting subcontract terms, SOWs, RFQs, and binding documents
- Proficiency with NetSuite and E2 JobBoss
- Ability to perform cost/price analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one
- U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual)
Nice to have
- Prior aerospace or space systems program experience
- Familiarity with NAVSEA specifications, ITAR/EAR, and export-controlled environments
- Experience supporting CPSR audits and DCAA/DCMA reviews
- NCMA certification (CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM)
- Proficiency with supplier management tools
