What they ask for

Required

4+ years of aerospace mechanical experience or related field
Experience in fast-paced production with flight hardware and critical operations
Technical skills in fasteners, torque, testing, avionics, and bonding
Verbal and written communication with engineering and production teams
Ability to set up and operate hand, pneumatic, and calibrated tools
Comfortable climbing ladders and working in tight spaces
Able to safely navigate uneven terrain
Able to crouch, bend, squat, and kneel as needed
Able to reach and extend arms overhead for assembly tasks

Nice to have

FAA Airframe and Power Plant license
Electromechanical build proficiency
Familiarity with propulsion systems and components
