What they ask for

Required

  • 4+ years of aerospace mechanical experience or related field
  • Experience in fast-paced production with flight hardware and critical operations
  • Technical skills in fasteners, torque, testing, avionics, and bonding
  • Verbal and written communication with engineering and production teams
  • Ability to set up and operate hand, pneumatic, and calibrated tools
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and working in tight spaces
  • Able to safely navigate uneven terrain
  • Able to crouch, bend, squat, and kneel as needed
  • Able to reach and extend arms overhead for assembly tasks

Nice to have

  • FAA Airframe and Power Plant license
  • Electromechanical build proficiency
  • Familiarity with propulsion systems and components
