Required

  • 6+ years visual, graphic, or brand design experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and storytelling across digital, print, web, and physical media
  • Track record building complete brands from concept to execution across multiple channels
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong visual judgment in typography, composition, hierarchy, color, and systems thinking
  • Experience translating complex products into visual storytelling with product teams
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and delivering in fast-moving environments
  • AI-native design approach with active experimentation in AI-powered creative tools

Nice to have

  • Experience building or evolving a brand system at early-stage company or leading a rebrand
  • Experience art directing video, photography, motion, or live events
  • Experience mentoring designers or guiding external creative partners
