- Minimum 2 days per week availability including potential early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays
- At least 16 years old
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to prepare handcrafted beverages to Peet's standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service following Peet's service steps
- Maintain clean and organized coffeebar
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality
