Required
- Minimum two days per week availability including potential early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- At least 16 years old
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to comply with employment of minors policies
- Deliver exceptional customer service following Peet's service standards
- Prepare handcrafted beverages to high standards of taste, appearance, and consistency
- Maintain clean, organized, well-stocked coffee bar
- Demonstrate reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality
- Perform various physical tasks during shifts
Nice to have
- Prior barista or coffee experience
- Product knowledge and suggestive selling ability
