What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Fluent English; intermediate Japanese (email, reading materials, meeting conversations)
  • 3+ years in supervisory or management role
  • 12+ years in on-premise and cloud security roles with hands-on AWS, Azure, or GCP experience
  • 8+ years direct experience with cloud security posture management solutions and IaC automation
  • Deep understanding of cloud/hybrid platforms (IDaaS, IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
  • Ability to implement security measures in cloud-native environments including Kubernetes variants and Azure Functions
  • Troubleshooting expertise including crash dumps and performance analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of NIST, CIS Benchmarks, DISA STIG standards
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002, PCI DSS, SOX
  • Infrastructure hardening expertise for Windows and Linux
  • Intermediate to expert knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Unix/Linux
  • TCP/IP and HTTP protocol knowledge
  • Endpoint security and incident response process knowledge

Nice to have

  • CISSP, CCSP, Security+, or cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Recent vulnerability analysis and exploitation experience
  • CrowdStrike NextGen SIEM experience
  • SIEM and tool integration experience
