Required
- 8+ years of software engineering, infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE experience with technical leadership
- Deep production AWS experience including networking, compute, storage, IAM, and high-availability architectures
- Deep hands-on Kubernetes production design, operation, and troubleshooting
- Deep Terraform and infrastructure-as-code experience with reusable patterns
- Experience architecting and migrating business-critical production systems with minimal downtime
- Strong SRE and observability experience including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and RCA
- Strong PostgreSQL and Aurora experience including performance tuning and production troubleshooting
- Experience designing or significantly improving CI/CD systems and developer tooling
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with production experience in Python, Go, or equivalent language
- Demonstrated Staff-level leadership across cross-team technical initiatives and architectural decisions
