What they ask for
Required
- 18 years old or older
- Journeyman electrical card from state-approved apprenticeship OR 5-7 years hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance in manufacturing
- Pass written Mechanical NOCTI exam
- Able to work 2nd or 3rd shift
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Basic PC and computer skills
- Understanding of industrial electrical systems, motors, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical drives, and HVAC systems
Nice to have
- Food manufacturing experience
- Safe Quality Food (SQF) practices knowledge
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience
- Autonomous Maintenance (AM) experience
- Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) experience
- Continuous Improvement methodology knowledge
