Required
- 12+ years of product management experience
- Track record launching 0-to-1 products in Risk or fintech
- 6+ years managing and developing product managers
- Expert knowledge of fraud prevention in thin-data environments
- Understanding of consumer credit and lending risk
- Expertise in KYC, KYB, AML, and compliance-by-design
- Real-time decisioning and rules/policy engine knowledge
- Ability to communicate complex risk concepts to executives
- BS or MS in technical or business field, or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tools for development and risk decisions
- Knowledge of identity and vendor/bureau strategies
- Familiarity with launch monitoring and loss forecasting
