What they ask for
Required
- BS, MS, or PhD in EE/CS or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience with server firmware (BMC) and platform software development
- 5+ years managing a software/firmware engineering team
- Hands-on experience with data center health management workflows
- Strong knowledge of data center management and server architecture
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Python
- Experience with Git or Perforce
- Experience with project management tools like Jira
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with BMC firmware/software stack for data center health management
- Proven track record managing 25+ engineers on complex problems
