- 1-3 years in software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, or founding engineering at a startup or high-growth company
- Strong Python and JavaScript fundamentals

- Hands-on experience building and deploying agent-based or LLM-powered applications with multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Strong technical communication skills and builder credibility
- Willingness to travel 40% to customer sites

- Deployed AI agents in production using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
