What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering
- 2+ years testing electronics, electro-mechanical assemblies, or integrated systems
- Experience performing at least one type of environmental testing
- Experience developing and executing test plans and procedures
- Ability to manage competing priorities in cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Onsite 5 days per week
- U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status
Nice to have
- Experience operating thermal chambers, TVAC chambers, or vibration shakers
- Experience with data acquisition systems and instrumentation
- Experience with space flight components and spacecraft testing
- Experience designing and building electrical harnesses and connectors
- Experience operating cranes, man lifts, forklifts, and handling equipment
- Experience in fast-paced iterative design environments in aerospace, automotive, medical devices, consumer electronics, or marine industries
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Strong accountability and team focus
