- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, aeronautical, mechanical engineering, or related engineering discipline
- 2+ years of progressive, related manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience supporting complex assembly builds and making production decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills to interface across engineering and manufacturing teams
- Engineering fundamentals in statics, mechanics of materials, and process improvement
- Knowledge of drilling, trimming, machining, inspection methods, and GD&T
Nice to have
- Direct experience with forming, welding, drilling, and fastening for aerospace products
- New product introduction experience for aerospace hardware into manufacturing and production
