  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, aeronautical, mechanical engineering, or related engineering discipline
  • 2+ years of progressive, related manufacturing engineering experience
  • Experience supporting complex assembly builds and making production decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interface across engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Engineering fundamentals in statics, mechanics of materials, and process improvement
  • Knowledge of drilling, trimming, machining, inspection methods, and GD&T

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with forming, welding, drilling, and fastening for aerospace products
  • New product introduction experience for aerospace hardware into manufacturing and production
  • Experience managing projects in fast-paced environments
