Required
- 5-10 years experience in related manufacturing or equivalent training
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Fine soldering certificate or equivalent experience
- Current IPC Solder Rework Certification
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly documentation
- Proficiency in verbal and written English communication
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precision assembly work
- Ability to work in high-volume, moderate to high-paced manufacturing environment
Nice to have
- IPC Soldering and/or Rework/Repair Certification (beyond base requirement)
- Ability to coach and mentor team members
- Experience maintaining equipment on calibration schedules
