- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 7+ years of accounting and reporting experience for investment products
- Strong understanding of fixed maturity, equity, and other investment accounting
- Knowledge of GAAP and investment-related journal entries
- Knowledge of statutory reporting and schedule preparation
- Foreign currency remeasurement and translation experience
- Investment data analysis skills
- Experience reviewing disclosure work papers
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency including pivot tables and formulas
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple locations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment
- Attention to detail and high-quality output
