Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering or equivalent field experience
- 4–8+ years SATCOM, RF engineering, or telecommunications field testing with acceptance/UAT focus
- Understanding of LEO/MEO satellite characteristics including Doppler effects, elevation angles, beam/satellite transitions, and constellation geometry
- Service Acceptance methodologies expertise with ATP/ATPr development and formal acceptance reporting
- Ability to convert business requirements into testable acceptance criteria with clear pass/fail thresholds
- RF testing skills with spectrum analyzers, power meters, signal generators, GNSS loggers
- Advanced log and trace analysis capabilities
- Strong EHS/RF safety mindset and secure data handling discipline
- Extensive field travel capability (60–80%) across diverse geographic and terrain environments
- Flexibility to work satellite pass windows, maintenance schedules, and nights/weekends as required
Nice to have
- 3GPP Rel-17/18 NTN validation and satellite-cellular integration testing experience
- Background in maritime, aeronautical, or remote-area satellite communications
- RF Safety or Telecommunications certifications or ISTQB Foundation testing methodology
- SDR experience with USRP or BladeRF for RF capture and interference analysis
