Required
- PhD in chemistry
- Hands-on medicinal chemistry experience including SAR-driven design and small molecule optimization
- Recent sustained synthetic work
- Navigate ambiguity in evolving research environments
- Work independently while collaborating across teams
- Strong written and verbal communication
Nice to have
- 5+ years medicinal chemistry experience beyond PhD
- Experience advancing programs from hit identification through lead optimization
- Direction of synthetic chemistry activities at contract research organizations

- Publications or patents demonstrating scientific impact
