Required
- 10+ years product management experience
- 2+ years leading and developing other PMs
- Track record building and scaling SMB or consumer products
- Hands-on experience shipping AI-native product experiences
- Experience translating market shifts into multi-quarter product strategies
- Ability to use data to set targets and measure impact
- Proven ability to lead in complex, matrixed organizations
- Ability to engage credibly with engineering on technical tradeoffs
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-surface or platform product strategies (embedded/API-based, partner-enabled, ecosystem-driven)
- Experience with point of sale, retail, or vertical SaaS
- Understanding of payments and APIs
- MBA or advanced degree
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
