Required
- 9-13 years post-qualification experience
- 7 years of consulting experience in large-scale Supply Chain Control Tower implementations
- 5+ project lifecycle experiences with Control Tower methodology
- Experience in solution design, integration and technical architecture, or business case and roadmap development
- Expertise with ERP suites (SAP, Oracle, JDE) and planning solutions (JDA, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, E2Open, OMP, SAP APO)
- Domain knowledge in supply chain planning, inventory, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics
- Knowledge of platform implementation methodology
- Understanding of data and KPI mapping for control tower functionality
- Team management capabilities with stakeholder engagement
- Complex problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management from a Tier-1 college
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with strong academic record
- Experience designing custom control tower templates and roll-ins
- Published viewpoints or thought leadership on supply chain trends
