Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current Life/Health Producer license plus Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 7 and 63 and 65, or Series 7 and 63 and 66
  • Current valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and personal vehicle insurance
  • Pass FINRA background check and fingerprinting
  • Sign Broker-Dealer Registered Representative Agreement
  • 2–6 years of licensed securities experience

Nice to have

  • Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • 4–6 years of licensed securities experience in place of degree
  • Member or client relationship management, financial planning, or sales experience in a financial institution
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) certification
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Knowledge of investment products, financial planning concepts, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
  • Sales and business development experience focused on financial solutions
  • Ability to analyze financial data and present recommendations
