What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Life/Health Producer license plus Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 7 and 63 and 65, or Series 7 and 63 and 66
- Current valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and personal vehicle insurance
- Pass FINRA background check and fingerprinting
- Sign Broker-Dealer Registered Representative Agreement
- 2–6 years of licensed securities experience
Nice to have
- Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 4–6 years of licensed securities experience in place of degree
- Member or client relationship management, financial planning, or sales experience in a financial institution
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) certification
- Spanish language proficiency
- Knowledge of investment products, financial planning concepts, and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
- Sales and business development experience focused on financial solutions
- Ability to analyze financial data and present recommendations
