Required

  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • Experience with modern compiled languages (Go, Rust, Java, or C++)
  • API and service design experience with versioned public APIs
  • Understanding of API gateway concerns (routing, authentication, rate limiting, quota checks)
  • Ability to design and scale fault-tolerant distributed systems
  • Relational database expertise (PostgreSQL) including schema design and transactions
  • Experience with message queues and streaming systems
  • Comfort building long-running workflows and reconciliation loops

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
