  • Experience as a TPM, Engineering Lead, or Engineering Manager
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree or experience
  • Led large-scale technical transformation programs with measurable organizational impact
  • Executive presence and influence across matrix environments
  • Deep technical credibility to challenge assumptions and earn engineer trust
  • Ability to build and re-plan detailed programs accounting for ambiguity and dependencies
