Experience establishing change management governance, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship programs, and communications frameworks

Strong influencing skills with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
Experience working in matrixed global organizations with finance, IT, HR, and business leaders
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or related field
Change management certification (Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, APMG, or equivalent)

Nice to have

PMP certification
MBA or other advanced degree
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ERP modernization, or enterprise technology implementations
Background in finance transformation change management
Management consulting experience from Big Four or equivalent firms
Track record developing enterprise-wide change frameworks and governance models
