- 5+ years of hands-on graphic design experience in advertising, digital agencies, studios or in-house teams
- Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across social, digital display, email, in-app and print
- High proficiency in design fundamentals: typography, layout, balance, hierarchy, color, and attention to detail
