What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid electrician license or journeyman certification
- Minimum 3 years industrial or commercial electrical work
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and controls
- Familiarity with NEC codes and electrical safety standards
- Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, and in confined spaces
- Basic computer skills for maintenance logging
Nice to have
- Associate degree or technical certification in electrical technology
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and building automation systems
- Familiarity with CMMS or other maintenance management software
- Experience in manufacturing or production plant environment
