- 5–8 years in data engineering, data architecture, or related field
- Deep expertise in Snowflake including performance tuning, security design, and cost optimization
- Strong experience designing and maintaining dbt-based transformation workflows
- Experience with event or clickstream data at scale

- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence architectural decisions
