What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related discipline)
- 0–2 years of quality engineering experience or relevant internships/co-ops
- Foundational knowledge of quality management systems and inspection methods
- Exposure to root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, SPC)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in high-hazard, safety-critical manufacturing environments
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to pass State and Federal background checks and obtain explosives licenses
- U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual eligible for export authorization
Nice to have
- Coursework or experience in energetics, explosives, aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing
- Interest in pursuing ASQ certifications (CQT or CQE)
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, or DoD quality requirements
