What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 4+ years experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ years
  • 3+ years in memory electrical validation including signal integrity and margin validation, OR 3+ years in memory physical design or mixed-signal IP validation, OR 3+ years in analog/mixed-signal fundamentals and electrical calibration

Nice to have

  • 5+ years in high-speed mixed-signal design, high-speed IO electrical validation, or signal integrity analysis
  • Knowledge of DDR5 and LP5 memory technologies
  • Functional knowledge of Memory Reference Code firmware for debug
  • Experience in technical leadership or team collaboration
