What they ask for
Required
- 5+ years OSP Engineering, Construction, or Operations experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of OSHA rules and NESC requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel with PivotTables and VLOOKUP
- Experience reading OSP construction prints, CAD drawings, and GIS mapping systems
- Working knowledge of OSP construction, site preparation, permitting, and testing standards
- Fiber and telecommunications industry experience
- Understanding of fiber optic network design and local L2 and Transport architecture
Nice to have
- Associate's degree
- Familiarity with Snowflake and SQL queries
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Proactive and independent work style
