Required
- Bachelor's degree
- 10–12 years in sports business, football operations, league operations, competition management, international sports, or partnership management
- Strategic partnership and stakeholder management experience in complex sports environments
- Understanding of competitive flag football ecosystem including leagues, tournaments, governing bodies, clubs, and national teams
- Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills
- Project management and negotiation skills
- Cross-functional team and external partner management experience
- Public speaking and executive presentation capability
- 40 hours per week in-office work
- Significant domestic and international travel (40%)
Nice to have
- Professional sports league, national governing body, international federation, or event operator experience
- International sports ecosystem, national team program, or governing body experience
- Familiarity with IFAF, Olympic competition structures, and international sports governance
- Experience with professional sports leagues and emerging sports properties
- Global sports experience and ability to work across diverse cultural and geographic markets
- Knowledge of adult participation and recreational sports programming
