  • 8–12+ years of SaaS, PaaS, or consumption-led business experience with renewals, retention, sales, or customer success exposure
  • 3–5+ years leading renewals, retention, or commercial teams
  • Proven track record owning and exceeding renewal and retention targets in complex enterprise cycles
  • Excellent forecasting and pipeline management with evidence-based approach
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort driving decisions from data
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Direct experience with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models
  • Background in data, AI, cloud, or developer-platform businesses
