Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years composites precision drilling and mechanical assembly experience in aerospace or similar industry
  • Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Verbal and written communication with engineering and production teams
  • Ability to operate forklifts or cranes for critical lifts
  • Ability to set up and operate calibrated tools including torque wrenches and precision measuring equipment

Nice to have

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Experience partnering across business functions on flight hardware production
