This role pairs deep infrastructure engineering with AI agent development, supporting LangChain's enterprise customers through production deployments. You'll architect Kubernetes clusters, design multi-agent systems, and work directly with Fortune 500 teams to translate technical strategy into running systems.

Required

  • 7+ years in hands-on customer-facing technical roles
  • 3+ years designing and deploying production cloud infrastructure
  • Strong Kubernetes experience including cluster design and multi-zone deployments
  • Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Helm
  • Database systems knowledge including HA and replication
  • High-availability and disaster recovery design
  • Networking and security fundamentals
  • 1+ years building production AI/ML applications or agents
  • LLM framework experience for building agents
  • State management patterns for agents
  • Evaluation framework design and implementation
  • Prompt engineering with optimization and A/B testing
  • Vector stores and RAG patterns
  • Tool integration and API design
  • Python or TypeScript proficiency
  • Enterprise customer experience
  • Technical assessment and audit experience
