  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field
  • 2-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, Channel Development, or Commercial Execution in FMCG
  • Understanding of General Trade operations and Perfect Store concepts
  • Experience managing POSM deployment and merchandising programs
  • Analytical skills with KPI and audit experience
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including distributors and agencies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Work independently in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel extensively for market visits and audits
