Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or related STEM field
- 8+ years of supplier quality or supplier development engineering experience
- In-depth knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and NASA quality standards
- Experience with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
- Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
- Experience with First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes for space-quality hardware including forming, cutting, machining, and assembly
- Knowledge of stainless steel and carbon steel manufacturing
- Experience with 8D problem-solving methodology
- Experience with New Product Development
- ERP/MRP system experience
- Ability to define and own processes from scratch and roll them out to diverse teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the work week
Nice to have
- Familiarity with high-volume inspection methods and data-driven acceptance methods
- Strong knowledge of enterprise applications (PLM, ERP, MES)
- Proficiency in data analysis
