  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline, or 10+ years technical security experience
  • 10+ years supervisory or management experience in technical security
  • Strong technical engineering background with credibility engaging software and infrastructure teams
  • Experience securing the software development lifecycle with hands-on familiarity with GitHub and Perforce
  • Proven track record in vulnerability and threat remediation at scale
  • Proficiency in cloud infrastructure security, application security, SIEM/logging, vulnerability management, EDR/XDR, network/compute architectures, and IAM/PAM
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (ISO, NIST, PCI, GDPR, CCPA, SOX)
  • Understanding of audit, risk management, and regulatory requirements for information security
  • Experience with security incident response and risk management
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across executive and technical audiences
  • Experience leading global, matrix-based projects
  • Extensive enterprise security solution design and implementation experience in global contexts
  • Hybrid work requirement: 3 days onsite at NYC or Burbank office

  • Experience providing cybersecurity services for media, broadcast, and entertainment companies
  • Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, SANS, or equivalent)
