Required

  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or relevant technical field
  • 10+ years industry experience
  • 3+ years in a technical project management role
  • Technical understanding of RF system development projects including RFFE design and test, antenna design and test, and digital beamforming system design and test
  • Knowledge of project monitoring, control, and risk management processes and tools
  • ITAR eligibility: U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee under specified statutes, or eligible to obtain necessary State Department authorizations

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in a relevant technical field
  • Demonstrated experience as a technical lead or project manager in the RF domain
  • Exposure to government programs and current active security clearance
  • Experience transitioning technologies from design concept to functioning product
