Required
- Minimum 8 years in private placements, leveraged finance, structured credit, restructuring, debt advisory or workouts
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic record
- Either established origination network across banks/agents/issuers in US/Europe or substantial restructuring and active position management experience
- Track record leading underwriting on complex transactions across corporate and structured formats
- Deep expertise in covenant negotiation and documentation in private placements or syndicated/club loans
- Experience managing and developing junior staff
- Strong credit analysis, modelling and presentation skills
Nice to have
- CFA, MBA or ACCA
- Buy-side experience
- Familiarity with insurance balance-sheet investing constraints
- Established relationships with banks, agents, sponsors in relevant markets
- Cross-border transaction experience
- Previous experience with AI-enabled workflows
