Required
- 10+ years software engineering experience
- 5+ years managing engineers
- Experience as engineering manager in marketing or brand engineering org
- End-to-end ownership of high-traffic marketing or brand web surface
- Strong frontend depth with TypeScript, React, modern CSS
- Experience with a modern headless CMS
- Built tooling for non-engineers
- Shipped under launch pressure with cross-functional teams
- Operate between Design, Marketing, and Engineering
Nice to have
- Head of Web Engineering or equivalent platform lead title
- Localization and multi-region web infrastructure
- Experience at company where brand and product web were closely integrated
- Led design systems or component library work
