Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 7+ years of relevant aerospace experience including at least one complete vehicle program lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience leading high-performing engineering teams on complex hardware projects
- Technical leadership and mentoring skills
- Strong background in fluid system architecture and operations
- Proficiency with fluid or thermal modeling tools for compressible and incompressible flow analysis
- Programming experience with MATLAB, Python, or C++
- Direct experience designing or operating launch vehicle or spacecraft fluid or propulsion systems
Nice to have
- Experience with vehicle fluid system certification for NSSL and/or range certification
