5+ years in software engineering or security engineering with hands-on security responsibility
Production-quality coding in Go or Python
Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production including cluster hardening, RBAC, and network policies
Practical expertise with GCP or AWS IAM, workload identity, and secrets management
Track record designing and securing CI/CD pipelines
Container security expertise including image scanning and minimal base images
Experience with software supply chain security tooling and frameworks
