Required
- Track record owning 10–30 concurrent customer engagements or projects to completion
- Ability to build structure and repeatable processes from in-flight work
- Demonstrated metric tied to delivery outcomes (on-time completion, adoption, retention, consumption)
- Judgment to assess delivery quality and risk in partner engagement plans
- Matrix escalation and unblocking skills across partner, customer, sales, and product teams
- Persuasive speaking and presentation skills to diverse audiences
- Understanding of customer success metrics and consumption trends in usage-based businesses
- Technical fluency sufficient to follow and question partner delivery walkthroughs
- Active daily use of Claude or another LLM as part of your own work
Nice to have
- 5–8 years working with consulting and systems integration partners
- Direct experience with global systems integrators (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, Wipro) or regional firms
- Experience running at-risk account reviews and turning stalled engagements around
- Experience anchoring a surge team with offshore or contract delivery coordinators
- Depth in a specific industry vertical (financial services, healthcare, public sector, retail, manufacturing)
- Experience stewarding co-investment or market development funding against outcomes
- Experience running productive quarterly business reviews with consulting firm practice leads
- Experience building an operating model while running a concurrent book
