Required
- Master's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5–9 years of UX design experience
- Strong experience designing enterprise or SaaS products
- Proven ability to handle complex workflows and operational systems
- Ability to independently lead end-to-end design for complex features and product areas
- Expertise in systems thinking, interaction design, information architecture, and workflow optimization
- Ability to conduct and synthesize user research (discovery interviews, usability validation, mixed-method synthesis)
- Ability to communicate tradeoffs and influence stakeholders with evidence
- Experience designing AI-assisted workflows, copilots, and human-in-the-loop experiences
