Required
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years consumer lending experience with FCRA/Metro 2 function leadership
- 5+ years supervisory/leadership role managing FCRA file transmission
- Hands-on experience with FCRA compliance and credit bureau disputes at enterprise scale
- Knowledge of consumer financial laws: ECOA, TCPA, FCRA, TILA, UDAAP, FDCPA
- Enterprise-level eOscar dispute platform experience
- Understanding of consumer loan underwriting, servicing, collections, and CRA vendor relations
- Ability to manage datasets for compliance criteria
- LoanPro software experience
- High-volume work queue management and team leadership
