What they ask for
Required
- 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or fast-growing consumer business
- Experience leading multiple locations
- Experience developing managers
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, collaborative leadership style with ability to coach and lead through change
- Regular availability to travel between stores in market
- 50 hours per week commitment with 5 days availability including 2 peak days (typically weekend)
