  • 4-5 years as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Analytics Consultant
  • Hands-on Databricks experience for data exploration, preparation, or transformation
  • Strong Power BI skills including dashboard development and data modeling
  • Power Query knowledge and data transformation techniques
  • Data analysis, profiling, and quality concepts
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Cloud data environment experience, preferably Azure
  • Understanding of BI project lifecycle from requirements through support
  • Agile delivery and backlog management experience
  • Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders
  • Good written and spoken English

Nice to have

  • Databricks SQL, SQL analytics, notebooks, or lakehouse environments
  • Azure Data Lake or Azure Data Factory experience

  • Experience delivering BI solutions end-to-end to production
